I love sushi, but I don't much care for that 'fishy' taste that some types of sushi have. I usually go for your basic California Rolls or veggie sushi, until I found Mexican Maki that is. Mexican Maki is similar to California Rolls, as it uses imitation crab as the meat, but it also has avocado, some sort of rice crispy and some spices that really pack a punch. Next time you're picking up sushi, look for it on the menu. You can thank me later.
