Toast is my go to for a midnight snack that's quick and easy. I'm not much of a midnight snack person as tend to so tired so that even if I wake up hungry in the night I just fall back to sleep thinking of those extra 5 minutes sleep I'll get that I'd otherwise spend making toast.
I'm a big fan of popcorn as a midnight snack. It taste good, it's relatively healthy compared to many snacks but best of all, I feel satisfied but not so full that I can't sleep.
