Fruit has to be the number 1.
Celery and carrot sticks.
No drinks with sugar, just water with a little lemon.
No biscuits, Ice Cream or the like....Maybe just water Ice blocks on a hot day.
Children will act as if they have never eaten....in the afternoon, but they must learn to eat healthy, and nothing heavy.
It should look awesome! that is half the battle.
Dinner should be the time to have the more serious foods.
