Are you eco conscious?

Do you try to save where you can, and protect the environment?

What measures do you take to do this?

No I am not particularly.

I try to save electricity and have panels on my house but I did this more to save money than being eco conscious.

I do not agree with so much of what people do and say about this, so my answer would have to be no.

We definitely try to be eco conscious, although it doesn't always work out how we imagine it to.

There is sometimes a fine line between being eco friendly and frugal and having no fun. But then, I guess there's a fine line between spending lots of money and not caring at all about the environment and being, well. Someone I wouldn't want to be.
I am very aware of the need to use water wisely, and I am also very keen to make certain our native wildlife are protected. I use re-usable shopping bags when buying groceries, and I do feel that I do my bit to b e Eco-Friendly!!! But I am not at all 'over the top',or hypocritical about it.
I am a bit.
I spent $16 on a very impressive light globe.Yes just the one.

It will save a lot of electricity, and the colour is a soft white.
They say it will last me for years.
I said in a joking manner, it needs to be able to 'sing'! for that price.

I keep an eye on our water use, and also electricity.

We have not turned on our lounge room light for 7 years.(Lounge room light because the most used room).

I use a soft small watt lamp, and it is not bright...but we see just fine.
All lights are turned off when no one is in the room.
Yes and no. There was a time when I was more eco conscious, but then I started working full time. Buying local and organic affordably, making most of my own bread, crackers and condiments and making my own cleaning products took up a lot of my time. I still would be doing many of things if I had the time. Buying and living eco consciously can be expensive.

Try to keep it in mind, would never leave the tap in kitchen running while I do aomething else...like a friend of mine does...such a waste.

I try to be eco-conscious. I try to keep abreast of current and local issues in this regard and to "do my bit" to help. With 2 small children though, if there is a clash of interests then my family wins out.
I could do better!
I do think about the environment and some choices I male are environmental but I wouldn't say that I am generally Eco conscious.

Yes. I make my own cleaning products, used cloth nappies when my kids were small, use cloth pads, compost all scraps and upcycle where possible.
We recycle to be frugal rather than being eco-conscious. But we not litter or anything like that, its just good stewardship.

We recycle but to be honest, it's much more expensive being truly eco conscious
