Are you exhausted after you have cooked and eaten your evening meal?

Do you get a "second wind"?

I am sometimes, however, oddly enough, on the days that I work I am not as tired.

I think if I stay home, I become lazy, bored and therefore tire easier.

I now am very tired after those two events....second wind? lol what's that!

You also have to take into consideration ones age.Health, and day they have had.
My days are busy, so no wonder I am exhausted, after making dinner and eating.
Some nights I can't even wash up. :(

No,not at all! I really enjoy cooking, and I am not a huge eater ,so I do not get bloated or feel the need to rest just to digest what I have eaten!! I don't think I get a second wind,it is more that I balance the energy I have more easily.
Sometimes I am exhausted before I even start cooking dinner ;)
I don't really eat late in the evening. It doesn't tire me but I am only cooking for two people

Usually I feel more wake actually.
It depends on what I have cooked and what I have eaten. Sometimes I feel like I could roll over and fall asleep, but other times I feel fine.

Sometimes yes sometimes no. It actually depends on my mental state on that particular day. But I do get chronic back ache
No. I cook earlier in the day most days and eat fairly early too. I don't have heavy meals so don't feel tired.
No I don't

I used to feel exhausted every night after eating but not anymore. I eat lighter now, I used to stuff my face and always felt too full after dinner. I also don't have a regular nine to five job, which I think helps.
I am more likely to feel tired in the afternoon, then I get my second wind which lasts until the evening draws to a close.
I don't get to crash until after we put the kids to bed. Then some nights my husband and I go straight to bed too, but mostly we'll sit up and talk or watch a dvd.
Yes, I am an early riser, so by the evening I am ready to retire. I normally go to bed at 8, but don't sleep till a bit later. There are exceptions however.
No, we keep it pretty low key and its usually a means to unwind after a day of what ever, and we eat a super healthy almost raw diet so its actually fun as the things we pull out from the fridge to eat are super fresh, smell great and easy to prepare. We are a foodie household though...
Sometimes but Not as much. I think I am a night owl. I almost never go to bed before midnight

I wouldn't say exhausted, but I do like to sit after everything has been done, including the dishes.
