Do you wear high heels daily? Or do you avoid to protect your feet.

Not at all. Just cannot even stand in high heels, forget walking.
I feel comfortable in flat shoes.I wear heels occasionally.
Sadly, no longer.
I think they are very bad for your back and as you age, they become more and more difficult to use if you have a back problem.

After giving birth, I can't be in them too long. Which is strange because I could wear them while I was pregnant without any dramas. Now I prefer to wear flats or platforms.

I stopped 35 years ago.

It did some damage to my feet when younger.
Daily? Try once a year and only then if I have to! I would live in thongs given the chance, flats are what I wear daily. If I'm going to a ball and have to get dressed up, I will bring "low" high heels with me to change into. I walk a lot and walk fast, so wearing heels is just annoying, hurts my feet and slows me down. No thanks!
Yes, up to a point. I wear heels in the office or during special occasions. But I can only walk if they are not too high, around 5-7cm, maybe?
I do not wear them.
Although I think they look great I don't wear them at all. I think they're very unhealthy and these days, always opt for comfort...and health.
there has been plenty on tv about how bad they are that the wearer is virtually standing on tippy-toes - fashion is nice but common sense goes out the window when they decide to make the heels even higher. I wear nice arch supporting homypeds - they are so comfortable.
I think they look stunning but walking in heels is not something I ever mastered. I own a few pairs and try to wear them once in a while but I ways end up taking them off. I think they can make legs look longer and an extra inch of height would be lovely but it's something I find very uncomfortable and I even walk odd in them, a bit robotic.
If the occasion warrants their wearing, I do. But that's not very often, these days for me, unfortunately.

Had to attend many Formal Army Dinners', so had many pairs, with accompanying long dresses' for them. Was wife of an OC, so had to 'look the part', ' act it in every way as well!

Now usually wear evening fashion boots at night, or 'walking' shoes during the day, & medium heels at times.

If jeans wearing, my tan or black RM's come into service! Soooooo comfy!
Yes, all the time. I have no trouble with them whatsoever. I can even run in them - and often do when I'm late for the bus!
