If you are talking to someone are you comfortable telling them their fly is down or do you get embarrassed and not say anything?

Personally I tell them as I hope that if I am in a similar situation someone will tell me about my wardrobe malfunction.

If they're a friend, or an acquaintance who I'm becoming friendly with, then I'll point it out.
I tend not to be looking in that are.
I don't usually notice!
Yes, I would tell them.

I probably wouldn't tell them unless I saw something staring me in the face. Then there's a whole new set of social awkwardness...
Yes, me too, I would tell whatever was staring me in the face that staring is rude.

I would tell a friend, stranger or anyone...and I have many times. I would want someone to tell me.

I would also tell someone if they had toilet paper hanging out the back of their pants.

In the good old days, one would say, "It's six o'cock at the waterworks". Misspelling not intended there. O'cLock! Is there a similar phrase today which makes it so much easier to break the news?
Yes, definitely. Cruel not to. You've only got to say 'there's something that needs to be closed'.

Was walking out of Shangri-la Hotel, Singapore, when I noticed a woman stand up from a bar stool, also about to head out for the night. She was wearing a WHITE dress. I quickly approached her whispering in her ear, 'you may like to wear a different dress out', she caught on immediately, thanked me & headed for the lift.
