Are you a messy chef?

I try to clean up a bit as I go but I wouldn't say the kitchen is spotless at all times (or ever really). Most of the cleaning I do when I'm finished cooking. As long as you've got enough room to do your preparation without knocking anything over I think it's fine.

I always clean up after myself once cooking, but I don't do the washing up or anything until after I've finished, so the kitchen gets very messy while I'm in the cooking process. Flour goes flying over the counter and floor, and all the cupboard handles and oven knobs get doughy with my sticky fingers.

Yes, I am very messy in the kitchen. I've been told that you should clean up as you go, but I kind of go into a bit of a frenzy when in the kitchen, because I'm passionate about food, creating and cooking. And so what? Life is messy.

Guilty as charged. My husband often says that it feels like the food exploded in the kitchen after I have finished cooking. Thankfully he cleans up. I have gotten better over the years though.

Made a cake this week and everything was covered in flour and coca powder. I work fast so always make a mess lol

All ingredients' are 'lined-up' on Kitchen Bench, measured out ready to be used. When product put into oven, or Crockpot, then the dishes used are rinsed & put into dishwasher to be cleaned.
Definitely a 'no mess' person in the kitchen!

And elsewhere in the house, as well!
