I would....BUT!

Which Country is the Big Question?

Not too many as wonderful as Australia, and as safe....and as Free !
Some persons travel to war torn countries as a humanitarian gesture rather than for professional experience.

Yes you're quite right indeed they do.

I wouldn't move overseas for a job these days as I have family responsibilities here in Australia. When I was much younger I would have, but it would depend which country.
No, I'd never get a job where I would have to move or travel.
Not at this stage of my life, no, as it would mean uprooting my family. I have worked overseas before when I was younger. It was nice for a while.
I would if it became necessary. I would rather not though.

It depends on the job, the country and the money.

Not at this point in my life. I LOVE to travel...but have only travelled in Australia and never been overseas. I would like to visit and work overseas, but with my situation with 2 small children it's not really on my list at the moment. Maybe one day!
I worked overseas in a relieving position for a short time.
Had a great time, BUT would never do it on a permanent basis.
Like things just the way they are, here in good Ol' Oz, thank you very much!
Hi,
I come from England and have worked here, Hong Kong, lived in Indonesia for my husbands work and done some voluntary work in Cyprus. Its a little daunting at first but I consider myself lucky to have had these experiences. I now live here in N.S.W.
I don't think I could do it. I would like to be the kind of person who could, but I'm not that courageous.

Wow, definitely. What an opportunity. To live & learn while working in another culture. Awesome. My idea of the perfect job. Any out there? I'm available. Great PA?
I was offered a job with the WHO (World Health Organistation, not the group!!!) in Geneva when I was 18 years old (50 years ago) after going through a fairly gruelling interview. I had just become engaged so decided not to take the job on.
At that stage of my life, if I had been single, I would have jumped at the chance to experience living in another country.
I have since lived in other countries so am grateful to have had that experience anyway.
