At first, the idea of have 1 calorie drinks was inviting. However, lately, there is so many rumors about artificial sweeteners! Does Artificial Sweeteners give you cancer?

This is hit and miss. So many medicos have different opinions on this. My response: the jury is still out on this one.
I don't know about this one, but personally I don't trust something that's chemically made when a natural alternative is available. That and I really don't like the taste of artificial sweetener.
Why would anyone need artificial sweeteners? There is absolutely nothing wrong with raw, natural sugar in moderation. As soon as things become over-processed or refined, and in this case literally artificial, they not only lose their natural health benefits but the body does not know how to deal with them, making digestion unnecessarily labour intensive. And the potential long term health hazards are unknown - why take the risk on an inferior product?
I have heard some bad things about them from doctors .

I would never have them.
Inconclusive research on this one, as yet. But going natural is the best way anyways.
I don't think there has been any conclusive research done on this. I am a big believer in moderation, so as far as I am concerned anything goes in reasonable amounts.
