Well their was Mother Teresa in 1987.
And I knew Cate Blanchett for two years, until I moved away from Sydney.
In fact I know a fair few movie stars, some are wonderful people, some not as much. Cate was my favourite, she is the most down to earth loving person...we had a lot of fun.
Last year I met Jessica Mauboy at QVB. She was lovely and very friendly. About 4 years ago I also met my favourite singer Chris Norman who used to be in the 70s group Smokie. I was so excited to have a photo taken with him.
Charlton Heston, airport VIP Room. Was invited 'in' by friends. He was very tall, ruggedly handsome, with a beautiful bass speaking voice, & one of the most 'down-to-earth' persons' I've ever met! Oh! swoon!
Passed by Sir Robert Helpmann as he arrived into Sydney, & I was going to Hong Kong. I welcomed him back into his home country, as he'd been away for several yeas' & he courteously spoke to me.
Met UK actor David Suchet, after his appearing in stage play, 'The Last Confession'. What a lovely man; very mindful of his fans', & very sincere.
Met James Earl Jones, when he here in stage play, 'Driving Miss Daisy'. Oh! His voice!
Have met Professor Brian Cox, with others', in a 'meet & greet' after his stage presentations!
What a brilliant 'brain', & he can tell information in a way that EVERYBODY understands!
