Too hard to choose just one! It would be far easier to choose which I do not eat a lot of!!!! I adore potato and pumpkin, capsicum and avocado,snow peas are to die for and I will much on these in front of the TV instead of sweets!!! cabbage,broccoli,cucumber,sweet corn,tiny sweet brussell sprouts,cauliflower,
and on,and on,and on...... I guess this is because I do not eat a lot of meat!!
Raw- Celery, Kale, Spinach, Tomato, Cucumber, Carrots and any other green leafy vegetable- I have them raw almost everyday in my green smoothie. Does it count ?
For cooked, I use potatoes, eggplant, mushrooms, cabbage, cauliflower, peas, capsicum, pumpkin, tomatoes, asparagus throughout the week. It is really hard for me to pick one, but if I had to, I will pick tomato, because I can do a lot with it like making pulses, eggplant gravy, or soya etc.
