Dijon, Whole-grain mustard, English, French, Hot or Honey - mustard comes in many varieties.

Which is your favourite and with what do you eat it?

I prefer smooth of all sorts, but the family prefers seeded. *bah humbug*
I like Dijon mustard best, but Hot English is very tasty too.

I hear you! ;)

I don't like mustard of any kind.
I like most mustards -perhaps my favourite is either German or French -I eat it under a sandwich filling, I use it in cooking, though generally use Dijon for that.

I have the seeded one for cooking but do not like that one as much as it is very acidic.

Hot English, on fresh bread with thinly sliced Ham Off the Bone. Cut off crusts, cut sandwiches into mini's or little triangles. Brew a hot cuppa. Bliss!
Oh, donjo . . . . nearly fell off my chair laughing . . . . I looked at your answer after I put mine in and thought, "They'll all think we cheated in class!" Haha.

Love seeded mustard and French mustard, depending on what I'm eating.
I just love mustard . . . Dijon, seeded, unseeded, hot English, grey poupon: bring it on! Wafer thin ham on fresh bread with butter and hot English mustard, washed down with a good strong cup of tea. *bliss*

It depends which 1 the recipe calls for. I have 5 on hand. They all go well in a cheese ham sandwich, except for the seeded 1 perhaps but I can't eat the HOT English mustard anymore.

miro_, I love to mix one part Hot English Mustard with two/three parts sour cream or whole egg mayo for an egg sandwich. It's so good, and you can enjoy it without working up a sweat!
by Vee
Thank you Vee, I'll certainly try that when I buy some sour cream next week! (I don't have any mayo' at home at the moment either!) I haven't had an egg sandwich in years. It sounds yummy,

It is. ;-D Let me know how you go. :-)

I still haven't bought the sour cream, Vee, but, I have some milder mustard which I am able to eat,
& I have bought the whole egg mayo' I see the sour cream in the supermarket each week, but by then I've forgotten why I wanted to buy it!
by Miro
LOL! Write it down. ;-)
