When my neighbour and I go halves in a Thin and Crispy Pizza,we uysually use Dominoes as the little franchise we use makes a truly delicious and non-greasy pizza called the Godfather. It has fresh capsicums,Fresh tomatoes,Fresh mushrooms, real Kalamata Olives,a small amount of salami and the usual base and cheese. In fact we had this last night, when Brian rang and asked me if I wanted to share, because he had not put his silverside on to slowly cook through the afternoon!!! It cost us \$3.50 each and there is enough for a slice for today!!! I have tried Pizza Hut but I am not overly fond of these here. And I just do not enjoy Eagle Boys either, but cannot put my finger on why.
None these days since I don't really do cheese any more. But I used to buy from Earth and Sea or Pizza Capers because they had good quality ingredients and tasted better. The bigger chains tend to only have one kind of vegetarian pizza which gets pretty boring.
I prefer Papa Johns, because they only use proper buffalo mozzarella. Quite apart from the pedant in me shrieking with horro when so-called "mozzarella" is made with cow milk, my insides find buffalo milk products less harmful than cow.
Ever since I started making pizza at home, we hardly buy it outside. And because I do not feel like working with yeast most of the time, I try a lot of variations in pizza base. It is fun and I have a control on toppings.
