Pizza can be done so many ways, whether itís a big chain joint or a small business.

My mum makes the best pizza - so growing up we never had reason to go out for pizza or get it as take-away (in fact my mum would have been none to pleased if we had).

However, as I don't make pizza or inclined to make pizza, my husband and I will go to Italian eateries that specialise in pizza - they must have a wood fired oven and buffalo cheese at the ready being our only two criteria.

We are blessed for choice where we live, however our go to for pizza is Vacazana in Surry Hills (NSW). All the staff and cooks are Italian and they have won countless awards for their pizzas.
We don't eat much Pizza, but if we do we call a chain . So much convenience.
But! truth be told the Independent ones are much nicer....yum!
It's not yet a chain, but there are two outlets for the business from which we order. I imagine it could grow if the owner's wanted it to. Their pizza is delicious, and it's very popular in our area.

I don't order pizza. I have never ordered a home delivery takeaway, and the only other takeaway I have bought is fish and chips, and that was a long time ago. If I'm eating at home, I prefer to eat what is already in my house. If I get food from a restaurant then I want to eat in.
If we have pizza its more than likely going to be made at home.

I rarely order a pizza any more as I prefer to make my own.

They are so good, and far healthier than the greasy ones you buy at a chain store.

Very occasionally I will have one at an upmarket Italian restaurant as I find these are not greasy and are more like my home made ones.

So easy at home -I buy the base and just put on whatever I like.

If i had to choose I would go to a smaller independent shop though theirs can also be greasy -a gourmet pizza shop would be best.

Both, depending on what I feel like.
I buy from a chain as I know what I will be getting. However we often have family around so purchase a variety of pizza bases and have containers I prepared with various toppings so everyone can make their own pizza in the B-B-Q. Goes down a treat and so easy to cook.
