Hmmmm well February 1994. My top tip for recovering is not to drink any alcohol in the first place....
Other than that, drink plenty of water before going to sleep and you should avoid the worst of it in the morning :)
I'm fairly certain that I have suffered from a hangover recently. Although my most recent "serious" hangover was after our street Christmas party - which is weird because I only drank one bottle of wine (which I know is a lot...but not that much!). I do really enjoy a drink - I prefer bundy, but have been drinking wine lately. I've been pregnant and / or breastfeeding for a little over 4 years now...It's nice to be able to drink a little more - but I'm not keen on hangovers with toddlers!! I add lots of ice to my drink and drink plenty of water to help prevent a serious hangover. I also find that a glass of fruit juice in the morning helps get blood sugars stable.
Thankfully, it's been over two months ago. My recovery mode requires pizza, 10 seasons of friends and sunnies, while being covered by duvet covers and surrounded by 3-4 bottles of water and super-comfy pillows!
