I Love You. Three words. Eight letters, and most importantly: one meaning. How soon is too soon to say I Love You to someone? In some relationships it comes out immediately--while with others it takes some time. When is the right time to tell your partner that you love them?

When yoou mean it. I think when the time is right you just know.
If you have been going out More than say 6 months, I feel it could be o.k.

Any sooner, can be a tad over the top.
We seem to think how 'we feel' but remember your telling someone else!
They may or may not feel quite the same, at the time you do?
I Love You
is powerful, and it also has a way of saying 'that's it your the one'.

Only you really will know, but never rush into something...that can be for a very very long time.
Make sure it is love you are feeling, and real love is far different from love.
Think before you say it.
Jennifer's right. I think the best time is when you don't have to think about it. You shouldn't need to plan a time to say it; it should jut come out naturally.
I agree. This takes time. Between my partner and I it feels like the "he who speaks first loses" when it comes to saying this. Even when you mean it, you have to be ready to say those words.
There is no right time for it. Just say the words when you feel that you really mean it. And that's it. No need to make a plan or any such things. The words just get out of your mouth when the time comes for you to say them.
I guess when you love them? (I'm old so may be a bit out of the loop on this one). Is there a right time?
