My daughter likes soccer. That's about it so far but I'll encourage her to try more things as she gets older. She also does ballet, which I know is not a sport but is similar in the way it is good for physical fitness.
I have a little socceroo at home. He has been playing for 4 years. The first three years he mainly played on the field, but he has recently switched teams and is now a goalie - a position he didn't want to play before. It's been an amazing journey to watch him grow into the often very lonely and high pressure role of a goalie. Having a supportive team, a great coach, lovely manager and awesome parents has made all the difference.
My son likes soccer and I can't wait until he's old enough later this year to start playing games. My daughter is a gymnast and it's great to take her to training and see how accomplished she is becoming and comfortable with her own ability.
