Not having enough money to pay my bills!
It would seem that everything is going up, and I am falling way behind.
I worry a lot about that part, of life.
At my age....that shouldn't be a part of living, but it is. :(
Financial stress is horrible. I understand.
Have you ever watched the movie, "The Secret"? It is basically about visualizing what you want and actually believing it. This actually works. One of my mortars is, "I always have plenty of money." And I say it to myself often. And I do.

Spiders are the ultimate paralysers for me :/ I still marvel at how I've lasted 4 years in Australia hahaha XD
I guess the ocean....not knowing what is in it - or more importantly where those "inhabitants" are!
Spiders scare me the most.
Sometimes living by myself and I hear noises around me late at night when I can't sleep - even though the area I live in is safe and I live in a secure townhouse.
Stick insects and cockroaches
Death, and losing loved ones.

Leeches, & ticks!
Although leeches are used in Medicine, for blood clots.
But ticks can give one Lyme Disease, or worse, kill you, & your beloved small pets.
