Doing some relaxing meditation, sleeping or watching my favourite movies.
I find that playing with my little nephew, taking a walk on the beach, watching a comedy movie often helps in uplifting my mood.
Eating chocolate can cheer me up in less than a millisecond.
A warm hug goes a long way too.
Positive feedback. A party. Chocolate. Champagne. Even having a pet around helps also :)
Going for a morning walk, sitting up in bed with my breakfast on a tray, watching iview, dark chocolate, fudge, salt & caramel..anything, taking our grand-daughters to their local park, (in another state!) Or.. off on another cruise!
Meeting up with close friends and having a good chat / heart-to-heart. Laughter is good medicine too, watching comedy movies or stand-up comics online I find is a good pick-me-up.
This stuff....to the left!
Watching a show called Grand Designs.
