My go to lunch is gluten free pasta with pesto and cheese...I'll add some olives or tinned corn or whatever I have in the fridge that needs to be used up. The kids enjoy it and while it's not terribly nutritious it could be worse!
Good ol' stand-by, Ham, Cheese & Tomato Toasted Sandwiches! Glass freshly-squeezed Fruit Juice......But also enjoy a Salad, a meat & mushroom Pie, infrequently. Crumbed Chicken, chips & gravy, from a Cafe or Restaurant (NOT fast-food outlet!) That'll do!
