There isn't one thing in particular, I like to spend it on various things I enjoy. I prefer to spend money of physical items rather than experiences though. I'm a bit of a thrift when it comes to paying for activities.
We love to travel - as in camping around Australia. So we love spending our money on that: camping gear and other "travel" stuff, but also going to see different attractions in different towns: Our particular favourite is to go to zoos and wildlife parks wherever we happen to be. Over Christmas we travelled 11 000kms (yes...with 2 kids...yes, we're crazy) and we went to 2 different aquariums and 3 zoos. LOVE it!
Apart from buying gifts for loved ones,I love to spend money on old and antique illustrated children's books(which I do actually enjoy reading!!!),as well as buying art glass from all eras, and countries! The internet has opened the entire planet up for me,so I have been able to find gorgeous and exquisite items which I previously only dreamt of ever adding to my wonderful collection,as well as helping me to find special gifts for special people!
Good quality handbags, wallets & pens!
Makes me feel a million $$$$ when have these to use!
And they do last, so good investments.
But do I need SO many of each? That's the trouble with enjoying beautiful items!
French perfume is my weakness. It's the only perfume I wear and I'm always complimented on how nice I smell. My other indulgence is my family and grandchildren. Nothing for me as I rarely buy anything for myself.
