Why has no one said English? But I'm not sure from which region the accent I am thinking of comes. That and Irish.

someone said Australian...why English -their accents are not so nice!
by Finy
I know. The Australian accent is so...Australian, hahaha. Think Hugh Laurie, Robert Pattinson, hmm or maybe it's just the actors I fancy LOL!

As for the English accent, well we do have different ones, depends where you come from...I am from the middle of England, so Finy you may not like mine.
I think they are old unique, and I can speak 'old english', if I had too.

French for me!
My family is from Yorkshire and I love and understand the accent. Irish to it sounds welcoming and friendly just by the sound.
Australian
Spanish for me!
by Fran
Me too. I'd follow a Spanish accent everywhere. Yum it does my head in, in a totally good way that I get dizzy.

I think that Welsh and Irish accents can have a delightful 'lilting' sound to them, while French is a very rom antic sounding accent.
I love a Spanish accent :D
I like an educated Australian accent. Burt Newton's "accent" in very nice. Not saying I'm mad about Bert Newton, I just think that he has a lovely speaking voice. Spoken faster than English without the ums, errs, ones, etc., in short, without the ullshit.
All accents can be very attractive if they're spoken by someone with a nice voice.
Scottish is my first choice, then German and Dutch. I love Italian and Spanish but more to speak it. Spanish 'feels' good in the mouth.
I think French is too .....um ...... girly?
The New Zealand accent - it is sweet as :)
Welsh.
Have heaps I can't stand, nor understand!
I love an Irish accent. Swoon.
