I've always worn happy bright colours.I figure that if you wear cheerful colours, even just around the house, you cannot help but FEEL cheerful too!I wear all of the above colours,as well as various bright, rather than dark, red tones, and royal blues.I am fortunate that just about all colours seem to suit me. The only black I seem to wear is for nice pants with which I team my bright-and-cheerfuls!
Purple, purple and anyshade of it. My bedroom is mauve, my towels and linen are purples in all shades, my lounge at one stage was cardinal purple, even my underwear is predominately purple. This has been my favourite colour for that long I can't even remember when I first chose it.
A while back I bought myself a rotary indoor dryer and used it temporarily to hanging my clothes in my bedroom during a big declutter of the closet where I had clothes one of top of each other on the hangers. I was shocked to discover that most of my tshirts, tops and vests were not only very similar styles but colours - in various shades of coral, oranges and whatever colour that is in between the two. I had no idea that I had so many similar items.
I love the above photo, Finy! I've never worn plain colours though.17 of my19 dresses have black or white spots with flowers, (mostly roses) over them. The other 2 are patterned. When I used to wear slacks, I'd wear plain coloured ones with a patterned top that had the colour of the slacks in the pattern, or visa versa.
