Star Wars. The first one.
At the cinema it was Rain Man. I won free tickets to a screening from a radio show when I was a kid. Didn't understand the movie much at the time, but it was fun to have won.
Summer Holiday
with Cliff Richard..... I was about 7 and very excited. The big screen was huge to me.That was in England....I still remember, because it was such a big deal.
As a child - something to do with Big Bird. All I can recall...
I saw Thunderball at the drive in when I was 3. I have a pathological fear of sharks as a result...
Jaws (still afraid)
Probably 'Lili'; I was 3 or 4, & I remember crying because it was sad!

Then next would've been 'Fantasia'. I was hiding under my Father's suit front lapel, during final scene, as the 'Devil' scared me to bits! The music didn't help! ('Night on Bald Mountain', which came to be a favourite when I was older!)
I think it might have been "Cinderella" which was made round about 1950 when I was six. I loved it - thought it was magical.
Oliver. It was a nightmare. My best friend and I were with our big sisters, also besties, and they sobbed LOUDLY through most of it. We were mortified. I think we were twelve at the time. Everything is mortifying when you are twelve. ^_^

I recall my Grandmother taking us to see Bambi. I cried and cried. It is probably the first movie I watched all the way through.
I had been at the drive in with my parents before that and remember falling asleep watching Julie Andrews in Sound Of Music
