I feel good when I eat eat fresh healthy food and exercise regularly.
A nice plate of cooked veggies and a little bit of meat.
Plus a good walk.
In terms of food, I could name a specific thing that makes me feel that way. I also feel healthier and stronger after a yoga session though.
I need lots of bacon. Delicious sandwiches are amazing. Food is amazing.

I know I also need to get out and about in the fresh air to feel healthy and strong.

Definitely a piece of salted caramel slice from Fundies at Corinda in Brisbane. It is absolutely gorgeous and really, really more-ish.

On a more serious note I think if you are sensible about what you eat, and eat certain things in moderation, and exercise you can't go wrong really. There is always something that is going trip you up healthwise whether you eat healthily or not.
I like to eat vegies throughout winter, and salads in the summer.
