Have you heard of the #100happydays campaign? Does it really help individuals feel better about life in a span of 100 days? Are you doing the campaign at the moment? How do you support the campaign?

I'd not heard of it so just googled it, so now I know. I think that whilst I'm sure I'll find some happiness in my life for 100 days in a row I'd likely forget to upload a photo etc, so I'll not be signing up. It's a nice concept but its nothing new for me. When I was a young girl I watched the film Pollyanna with Hayley Mills and the little girl in that had the 'glad' game where every day she'd look for something to be glad about or in a bad situation she'd still try to find something to be glad of. I think I try to do that on a personal level and that's good enough for me.
I think it's a sweet campaign but for me it's not raising awareness of anything in particular so there are likely better causes to focus on.
No, another thing I have not heard of!

I therefore do not support the campaign as I do not know anything about it.

No, Im not doing it but have seen some tags on Instagram. I quite like the idea of finding something happy and positive about each day, it seems like a great idea to me.
I love the idea of finding or creating something that makes you happy everyday. Being a busy working Mum and juggling 101 things a day means that I often pass through life in a whirl wind. I don't have time to be as structured as remembering to do this but I'd like to think I could create a little happiness every day.
Anyway campaign which encourages us to focus on what is going well in our live, in our neighbourhood in the world, in my opinion can't be a bad thing.
There is so much to be grateful for in our lives but we can become addicted to only see what is wrong.
Good on anybody who is trying to lift the spirits of their fellow man.
Not heard of it?
It's a nice idea, and anything to get this world feeling better.
Heaven knows it sure needs it.
I'm not doing it....because I have kind of been doing stuff, for years in
my ministry.I still think it is a winner though.
I've heard of it. Some of my friends are participating actively and they claim to feel the difference, being more grateful and having a log of photos to hold on to.

I'm not sure whether it really helps in the long run though, or whether it eventually makes individuals cling on too tightly and fight too hard to "be happy" when we should all "just be" and "just live".
I'm a tad torn about this.

However, I do have an app called Happier where I upload positive moments every other week. Curious to know what are your thoughts about it Xarah? :)
