Spooning peacefully in a double bed, this pair could be any normal couple on a Sunday morning.
But revisit the scene an hour later and Jackie Samuel will be curled up in the arms of another man. The 29-year-old is a professional cuddler. She turned to snuggling with strangers to help pay for her studies and provide for her young son.
She can make $260 a day and cuddles with up to 30 men a week - including pensioners and war veterans.
What do you think about cuddling with strangers for cash?

What I get from it is that it could also be serving two purposes.
Ms Samuel I feel is in need too.
That is totally what I get from it, she has crossed a very different boundary.
If she is a young Mum, then looks like she may just like validating cuddles, and get paid for them
People normally can not do something with strangers, unless they too will get something from it.
I don't mind the idea....I guess, but she needs to be very careful, who she takes on.
Personally, I find cuddling and hugging to be more intimate than sex and as I am very defensive of my personal space, I could never be a professional cuddler.
However, if there is a need for this service and the people providing it are doing so entirely of their own freewill and are not being coerced or having vulnerabilities exploited, then I see no reason why it shouldn't happen.
Wow, this concept is new to me. I don't know if I have any strong opinions on this, but if this is something that she is not morally against, and it helps her earn her way through her studies while looking after her child, I can't be against it!
I guess there is a need for this due to our modern lifestyle where people do not have time to form stable relationships in families where these needs would be met. I couldnt do it though that too close for my comfort.
I believe we all have different physical needs that are just as important to our well being as food, sleep or exercise. There are people in society that have to pay someone for whatever reason, to meet their needs. I think prostitutes are unfairly considered low or dirty, yet provide a vital service. I am not suggesting that this woman is offering more than cuddles, but I am sure she would have clients who ask.
If someone has a job that is honest and doesn't cause harm I have respect for them. I couldn't do it. As others have said, I cannot let someone into my personal space. I even have a problem with the social convention of hugging people when you meet or say goodbye.
