I like so many things that it is hard to say!
the above photo looks good however I do not eat ham.
I like Jarlsbert, with tomato, cucumber and wasabi, and I like smoked salmon with capers and cream cheese, and I like other unusual things like bacon and carrot -I could go on and on as there are so many delicious things I can put on sandwiches.

Especially on a lovely piece of rye bread which I slice myself quite thin.

EVERYTHING! Smoked hams, cheeses, tomatoes, pineapple, jalapenos, beetroot.

When the bread is super-fresh,I enjoy almost ANY thing on it!!! And I like to keep it simple as the freshness of the bread speaks for itself! I adore peanut butter with the mandatory butter when I first use my new loaf of fresh bread, And I also like home made jam .
I also enjoy rare roast beef with home made chutney. When the bread is a day old,I enjoy adding many ingredients
I like to keep sandwiches quite simple but I don't have a favourite filling. Avocado and grated carrot, hummus and caramelised onions, sheep cheese and gherkins, ham and pickled beetroot........
Really so long as the ingredients are good quality and the bread is fresh, anything will taste delicious!
Oh and how could I forget cucumber sandwiches! Classic, simple and so so so tasty..........
I am excited by this question! (and I am not even hungry).
I like a lot of different things...good old chicken, avocado, bacon. love savoury and sweet together such as jam and cheese on toast. I enjoy cold meat eg lamb with a sweet chutney or cranberry sauce. Love just a salad sandwich with a piquant type dressing. Enjoy left over 'stuffing' sandwiches on fresh bread (my bread always has to be wholemeal grainy type..only time I like white bread is if I am having toasted cheese and pineapple sandwiches..I could go on... a very creative question Finy..

MUST be fresh bread, to start with! I won't eat bread over day old! It goes in freezer for toast!

But love Cold Corned Meat with Pickles.
Ham with Tomato & Onion, & smidge HE Mustard.
Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese.
Cucumber, as 'mini' sized.
Also Peanut Butter. Vegemite, cut into 'fingers'!
Roast Lamb with Chutney.
Steak with grated Cheese & Carrot, topped with BBQ Sauce.
Baked Beans with Pepper!
Toasted, with Ham, Cheese & Tomato, smidge HE Mustard.
Toasted Open Grill with Tinned Asparagus.

I'm now hungry!
Need one of the above, with a hot 'cuppa'!

I have smoked salmon & cream cheese, every morning on our cruises, but not with 1/2 a bagel anymore, but just it's own, as I have also a waffle with mixed berries & a bit of cream, followed by a coffee! We don't usually have lunch, as we're on the early dinner seating. And thank you for the other sandwich ideas!

My family calls me the sandwich queen. If I make a salad sandwich it has everything on it, including beetroot and mayo. I also make a mean curried egg and lettuce, and red salmon, onion and lettuce with mayo mixed in the red salmon. They would be the family favourites along with avacardo, chicken, lettuce and garlic aļoli and lets not forget the humble ham and cheese toastie my grandchildren adore.
I just make myself an open cheese & chutney or pickle sandwich, & I put peanut butter & cucumber on the other slice of bread.
