Sometimes breakfast can be the hardest task of all; especially when you are rushing out the door to get to work on time.

Banana oat cookies drizzled in peanut butter and green tea :)
Gluten free muesli with vanilla bean yoghurt, and some peppermint tea. On weekends I like to treat myself to home cooked bacon and eggs.
Kale and blueberry smoothie is perfect for me when I'm in a rush or not feeling hungry, which is most mornings for me. It's quick to prepare, quick to drink, not too heavy and gives me enough energy to get through to lunch time.
I am pretty shocking when it comes to breakfast. I don't like cereal and I tend to have a cup of tea and rush out the door. Sometimes I may have a piece of toast. And other times I wake up feeling like a huge meal like steak and salads.
Tiny week bix with some kind of fruit inside, that stick to your teeth, with light milk....yum :/
I never have breakfast.
Something I craved for the previous evening.It could be anything fatty because I believe I will burn it during the day :)

There have been days when I have even had a some Parma :)
I often have the banana, pineapple and berry smoothie that I put on recipe yum a week or so ago. It is very refreshing, healthy and filling.
Other times I have Semolina (learnt from my European mother), and a bit of muesli with corn flakes.
Once a week I have eggs on toast.

Five vegetables/fruits in a blender to make juice, then an omelette with some soy sauce for dipping, to follow.
As I am vegetarian try to start the day with protein so it is a protein shake or scrambled eggs for me.
My breakfast is almost always the same, two 16 ounce cups of coffee.
I don't eat Breakfast, unless staying at an Hotel, or in a plane.

More of a 'brunch' person. Love it. Have whatever I feel like at the time. This can range from simple Vegemite Toast to a 'Full Breakfast'.
But my fave would be Scrambled Eggs, with Parsley, mushrooms & finely diced Onion, with toast, on the side!
Always have a 'muggachino' as well! A glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice, really cold, I enjoy as well!

I mostly have: 3 Wheat-bix with chopped up dried fruits, chopped seeds, sesame & Chia seeds, a Tablespoon of muesli, bottled cherries, 2 slices of tin peaches, blueberries, & strawberries, if I have some, paw-paw, & 2 Tablespoons of homemade Greek yogurt! YUM. 1/2 an hr later, I'll have slice of toast with coffee. About once a month, I might make pancakes with various toppings. What I would really love for breakfast every morning is....1 donut with a latte!
