This is not new research. It is based on a few modifications done to milk before it arrives at shops. There has been some articles wriiten in the past which state milk is one of the leading cause to heart disease. However, we can super- analyize all foods and find something wrong. And....i rather enjoy milk with coffee. ;)
Once it was eggs, then red meat, coconut oil etc. I say do everything in moderation. Scientific studies and marketers will confuse you and cause you to leave out healthy foods from your diet with fear mongering while promoting what they want to sell. Some foods that they are calling superfoods are things that our parents ate but they told us it was bad now it is sooo good for you and sooo expensive at the same time.
I had a friend that did analysis on all sorts of things, including foods. And if you designed a coffee cup for example. And wanted it commonly used in coffee shops. And he was paid enough, he could give you a long list, why you should use this cup. I see no difference in the marketing of produce, meat, milk, cream etc. There is always a competitive product that wants to have there share of supermarket shelf . As an example , I was having almond milk, supposedly so much better for me. Then I found out there are only 4 almonds in a carton. All marketing unfortunately!
the milk you buy nowadays has so much taken out of it and added to it and goes sour very quickly.
Gone are the day of bottled milk with cream on the top of it. or being being able to buy milk from a depot , that was real milk.
researchers should look into the additives that are being placed into the milk, that does not belong there.
