Rice with kidney beans, Turkey stew and fresh vegetables. Ginger Lemonade too.
I had leftovers of tuna and spaghetti rosti - recipe to go on recipeyum soon - it was lovely....that was all I had as had eaten too much during the day so had no vegetables!
Also had http://recipeyum.com.au/low-calorie-tangy-lemon-and-orange-cups/ this as dessert with cream, and then some fruit, but did not cook last night as had plenty left over.

Nothing, and if you are ever tempted to eat ANYTHING I have cooked (except sushi), take my advice & get as far away as possible! My culinary skills are, at best, terrible.
I made a slow cooker meal, with meat and vegies, then, i MADE SAVOURY MASH POTATO, WITH COKKED ONION AND BACON, THEN MIXED IT INTO THE MASH POTATO, MY FAMILY LOVE IT, AND OFCOURSE IF THERE IS ANY LEFT OVER, THEN i WILL MIX TUNA INTO THE MASH AND HAVE TUNA PATTIES/.
I only cooked for myself lat night so it was very basic. Steamed vegetables- sweet potato, carrots, beans and broccolini with some grilled chicken and sprouted legumes.
Butter chicken with rice.
I also had pasta!! Spaghetti and Meatballs in a lovely fresh tomato and garden-grown herbs sauce!! I have so many little grape tomatoes growing and ripening at the moment that I just HAVE to use them or they will have to be thrown out! I did not even actually plant the initial seeds, the plant simply appeared in my back yard some while back,so I put it into a tub near my roses, where it has been thriving ever since, giving at least enough to go into a salad each day!! Living alone, this is very handy for me! Spaghetti is such an easy meal for me,yet I always enjoy it,as so much variety can be had with it.
dont want to know about this Jules!
I cant seem to grow anything without some sort of animal eating it = even my fish get eaten by something in my small garden.
Costs me a fortune for soil etc all the time, and organic seeds sent from Adelaide and still something gets it.
Then, if it doesnt one of my dogs DOES! I have never had sweet tomatoes

Oh Finy, this is just SO sad. Iwish I could get some wseet tomatoes growing for you!! When you next buy some some really yummy ones from the greengrocer or supermarket, keep back some of the seeds.I always do this! Then I plant them in Tubs and form a pyramid with 6 ft stakes tied at the top,for the plants to use for support. Big tubs are better than planting in the ground for me,as I can control the fertilizer, the water and also move them if the sun gets too hot! Also they can be covered with protective shade cloth which can keep critters away from the fruit.I tend to pick the tomatoes before they are totally red as the colour attracts the greedy birds and other fruit loving critters.I have three tubs going well at the moment,at different stages of growth, and I am so pleased as these are the best and most successful I have ever had!!!Good luck and let me know how you go!!

I was trying to cook dinner with barely any ingredients at a later time than I had planned. However, I managed to whip up a modest, yet delicious, spaghetti and chopped tomato sauce dish with chicken stock and Italian spicing.
You will find out soon when I submit my new awesome recipe for Manhattan style fish chowder.

Grilled thick Pork Sausages', & Tomato, with Onion Gravy.
It hit the spot, as I wasn't very hungry!
I'd just found this question again, at 145am & wrote out this whole answer before checking to see if I'd already answered it! A very easy pork chop recipe I found on line. (I always use pork steaks, not chops,) & it didn't have the ingredients mentioned only the method, but it said to rub the cumin, s/p & some other spice I had over it with fried onion, so it worked out in the end. I served with couscous, tomato & peas.

Just found this question, for the 3rd time. We never have a proper meal, after returning for a Melbourne holiday, as I'm too tired to cook after a 7/8 hour trip, door to door! So last night I made baked beans on toast with a fried egg. We were also going to have it with hot chops minus the toast, but the takeaway down the road had closed early!
