Carbs! No starchy stuff for me!
I'm catholic, so I take it quite seriously.
Lent is a tradition introduced by Catholics. I don't do Lent so won't be giving up anything this year.
I'm an athiest, so I have never done Lent, but some people who aren't religious give something up just for their own benefit and strength of will.
I'm in ministry so my life is 7 days a week of giving (up).Which I am happy to do.
Not a thing - not applicable to me.

Nothing, why do you assume we all follow this religion?
Being an atheist also, I don't give up anything for Lent. Don't only the 'C's do this? I'm very glad to read I'm not the only atheist 'out there' (Besides my whole big family!)
