However, over the last decade or two several companies have been producing hair colours made from natural ingredients, and devoid of the peroxides and ammonia that are so common in the mainstream brands.
What are the best natural hair colour products that are available in Australia? Have you ever tried them?
I don't really know. I guess that would be henna dyes. A hairdresser near me only use natural products and they treat a lot of cancer people with mother earth products. I do know you can use tea and coffee as a hair dye. It used to be an old method of disguising grey hair
There are several good brands on the market although it's always important to carefully check ingredients as some are promoted as 'natural' but actually contain extremely toxic carcinogenics. A few good brands include the Caca range (by Lush), the Logona range (available at many health food outlets or online, Harvest Moon range or Aubrey organics. These are all henna based, but also contain other pure plant-based ingredients.
