What are the best daily routines of highly productive people?

I would imagine there are as many different routines as there are highly productive people.... what works for one person might be totally wrong for another.
Having said that, I've no idea as I've never been highly productive! The productive people I know seem to be pretty obsessive about whatever it is they do, so I'm not sure it's the routine that makes the difference but the ability to focus and obsess on one thing to the exclusion of everything else.
I really do not know.

First thing, make a List. That way, you don't forget to do something.

Be organised & clear minded. Don't let distractions put you 'off course'.

Do ONE thing at a time. Get that FINISHED, then move onto the next thing. DON'T go off at a tangent doing something else, or you'll end up with two or more uncompleted tasks. That leads to frustration & disinterest in continuing. Start small, & work up to the larger things.

Be happy in your achievements. If you reach a stage that you aren't, stop. Start again later, be that an hour, day or week. Trying to continue when 'your heart's not in it' is a waste of time & energy, as it takes double or triple effort to do ANYTHING!

AT completion of a task, reward yourself. That can be anything from a beer(after working in the garden), a cuppa, a nice meal, see a movie, read a book or newspaper, watch a DVD. But do SOMETHING that gives you a relaxing time after hard work.

The above leans more toward 'in the home'. Maybe some points can be used 'at work'. But, dépendent on the work, it usually 'rules you'.

Most of all, enjoy life to the fullest, whatever that may mean to YOU! Cheers!
Get a good sleep pattern. Early to bed.
Drink lots of water.
Eat sensibly and organic.
Exercise regularly.
Protect your skin from the sun.
Count your blessings.
Get up early,do some stretches shower eat my oats, check my fb to see what has happened over nite, on the treadill for half a hrl walk to work half and hr. After work cook dinner, do more excersies. surf the net.
