We all have at least one fitness goal; otherwise there would not be any motivation to exercise. Wanting to lose weight to fit into that beautiful wedding dress? Be fit for your honeymoon with your newly wed? Have a bit of pregnancy flab, and hence want to focus on tightening the tummy muscles again? Increase muscle tone? Training for a marathon? What is your fitness goal? When would you like to achieve it by?
I think the primary goal to lose weight is perhaps for health reason? - maintaining the right weight to stay fit and healthy. All the other reason to fit a dress, honeymoon etc...should be secondary (just a thought).
