For many Australian women, it can be rather confusing, albeit time consuming on picking the right way to detoxify our bodies. Whether you're detoxing for a specific event, or to cleanse the body from unhealthy appetites from excessive junk food consumption, to really being merry at that silly time of year...you do not need to spend a kings ransom (aka re-mortgage your home) to detox, and clean out your system so to speak. How do you detox on a budget?

I wouldn't recommend detoxing without the supervision or individualised recommendations of a health professional. Detoxing is rarely necessary and can be harmful to your health; better to work on optimising digestion and maintaining a healthy, well-balanced diet.
Raw vegetables Juices :) There is also this cleansing product I have used, called Cleanse-U. A full bottle is usually around $39.95 at health food stores, and its fantastic. Works a treat. You will go you know where a little more often.
Avoid packaged foods, and go natural all the way...your body will thank you for it....
