I don't think so. If he's found guilty of being a rapist then he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. He would certainly never be able to act again, he should also become a registered sex offended, but he still has rights, no matter how deplorable his crimes.
I agree with the others, but he should also never be allowed to win any awards again. I thought I heard on the news (might have been mistaken as I only caught the end) that his Hollywood star would be removed. If found guilty, I agree with that, as such a person should not be displayed with honour in that way.
If it is that Bill Cosby is in fact guilt of rape, he should face the legal consequences. In this case, I don't think he should be stripped of his past awards unless these the crime considerably contributed to him winning them.
I read something the other day about one of the girls that came forward who claims she was 15 years at the time Cosby assaulted her. I thought it was interesting she chose to drink with him and lie about her age to get into the Playboy Mansion. I'm not saying he did or didn't do it, but it certainly makes me wonder...
The question should be when will Cosby be tried? If he was guilty, he would have already been arrested. But maybe because of all these illicit sexual relationships, some of his exes feel they weren't fully compensated or given the illustrious career and fame that followed the man. Or maybe he's just being character assassinated. If Cosby was never sexually involved, he would have sued these people; and if Cosby had raped the women, he would have been arrested a long time ago, and not have people make late allegations.
