I have probably gone down a bit as have been on the 5/2 diet. I had to stop it as I went down a whole size and could not stop losing weight so I now only do the calorie count once a week instead of two.

I put on a bit however I am still a size smaller than I was and am now a size 10 generally.

No - I'm the same size I was this time last year

Yes. I went down a size about a year ago because I was exercising a lot, then up a size when I was sick and didn't exercise as much. I don't care about my weight but it's annoying if you have to buy new clothes because suddenly none of your pants fit.
No..........but! I wish I could drop 2 sizes.

It depends who I'm buying from! Some brands I've stayed the same size for a long time but a couple I've had to start buying the next size up. this makes me think it's them and not me..... honest!
Your quite right! It is them.
I have clothes I bought from K-Mart 15 years ago.
They fit me really well, even now......but! ......If I now go to buy a pair of Black Pants for work, I have to go up 2 sizes??

So my pants that are 15 yrs old on the tag are 2 sizes smaller.

Sadly yes, I needed to put on a bit of wait as I had to begin to mend my bad eating habits. I was an 8 and now I am between a 10 and 12 but now that I am eating more often my body is storing less when I do and I should be able to drop most of it.
Wow weight ahaha sorry.
I have lost enough weight somehow, that my clothes fit very loosely,so I have gone down a size,I guess!!
Have dropped 25kgs in last 18 months, due numerous circs, not dieting, per se.
Had to buy belts to keep-up my summer knee length shorts, or else they just fell down!
I wish. Would love to step down a few sizes.

Yes
Yes - gone down
I am the same weight as last year and luckily for most of my adult years have not changed much at all... woo hoo
Not all in one hit but slowly does it. I've dropped 6 dress sizes and a bit more to go. It's a battle when I watch what I eat, go to the gym too 4 times a week and lats year I decided to do my version of the 5.2 intermittent diet. On the free days as its called I still eat healthy foods and don't eat junk preservatives or high sugars and watch carbs. I drink lots of water and never diet anything or soft drinks or juices as they are loaded with stick to your sides fat. I am 99% vegetarian. Now I'm nearly off all Dr's meds. Although I didn't look my age before, ppl of any age don't come anywhere near the correct answer. :D I'm happy with that too! So all in all its all good like my version of the intermittent 5.2 diet. It's not really a diet tho.
Yes, gone up by 1/2 size, AND the clothes available have become cheaper in design, cut and finish! But the prices have not lessened in accordance with the rubbish being foisted on the Australian female public purchasers.
No
Yes, I've gone down from a size 14 to a size 8, mainly due to personal circumstances and a lot of exercise. I am now almost at the weight I was when I was aged 20 and being fitted for my wedding dress.
Still the same size, even though I'm now eating less, not to loose weight, but because I just can't eat what I used to eat as I did, few years ago!
