This is an easy one for me and bearing in mind it is a gift and therefore need not be monetary -my answer would definitely be
GOOD HEALTH FOR 80 YEARS

In my situation, this is far more important than giving them money or material things to my remaining child.

I wish I could wrap life long happiness up in a present for them both!
I don't have kids, but my wish would be for eternal good health (physical, emotional, and mental).
Health definitely

Health and happiness.
Oops .. that's two. Do I have to pick? Health I guess, because with good health happiness can follow, but with bad health it is more difficult.
yes well put, Sarah! I agree totally -with health you can achieve happiness but without health it is more difficult -same as money!

KNOWLEGE of every description!
Apart from the obvious "health" I would give compassion. I am lucky my son has grown up to be a caring individual who is compassionate. In fact changed careers to become a nurse because he loves helping people.
Good health and happiness for the rest of their lives
Compassion, with the understanding of what to do with it.
Safety. I have always wanted my daughter to be safe wherever she goes. Can't imagine how wonderful it would feel to know that nothing bad was going to happen to her.

A college education. So far my son is two years into his bachelor's degree in physics and wants to earn his master's.

I also did my best to give him a high self esteem and believe in himself.
