I know the idea might sound gross, but not everyone believes in taking a shower or a bath everyday. In fact, some studies actually argue that daily cleaning is bad for your skin and might even makes you sick.

How often do you wash yourself? Do you think it is good to take a bath or shower at least once a day?

I agree that too much showering might cause dry skin. However, if you take more care and use moisturiser, this can help protect yourself from the negative effects. Not washing your body daily can cause bad body odour, depending on your perspiration, especially in summer.
I only ever shower.

Baths make me feel very dizzy.

I shower every day....but if my skin feels dry, and I am not going out...I will have one that night.

Or even the next day, as my skin tells me when it is very itchy, and dry...from too much showering.
I think if you are doing a dirty job, then a bath is absolutely essential.

Dirt on your skin, can cause all kinds of problems later on....Once you have had the bath to remove the real dirt, you should then take a shower, after getting out the bath, to remove any dirt that may stick.
Some men who do heavy road work and the like do not wash as they should, and I can say it tells.......There is no excuse for being dirty.
If you work every day, and in close contact with other people then yes you should of course shower every day.

I have a shower every day. During summer it's sometimes 2 showers, especially if we go swimming or to the beach
Twice a day. One shower in the morning, and one bath at night when in client facing situations. Otherwise one shower a day. If I go swimming or go to the gym, then its two showers a day - same if I have a big night out.
Everyday or maybe twice a day depending on the activities. Not sure if I believe that having a bath everyday will make you sick.
One shower a day. If I've been swimming in a chlorine pool I will shower again when I get out of the pool. I usually only bath in winter time and it's more of a relaxing treat than just to get clean.
I agree to you and i wanna install a shower in my home so that me and my family are protect from the chlorine in the water. That's why you are to say here is absolutely correct...thanks
