I absolutely ADORE my vegies and also my fruit!
In fact on many occasions I will simply cook up a pile of vegies and bake with cheese over the top,and totally forgo the meat which most people seem to need!!! I would average 5 or more each day!
Come on girls and boys, ladies and gentlemen try to increase the colours and numbers. Five in a day should be minimum. 9 is the true number we should be eating but the health experts and health authorities knew we would throw a wobbly if we were told that number.

I have had cancer and various other things and poor diet can contribute towards these health issues.
I eat minimum 5 in a day and some days 9.
If you have cereal for breakfast how about having carrot sticks mid morning. You could dip in an aubergine dip and then you have eaten 2. Or cucumber sticks dipped in a carrot dip. Lunch and dinner usually isn't difficult to include veggies.

I sometimes have just a plate of vegetables for $6 AT MY LOCAL CLUB. There are usually 4-5 vegetables, roast pumpkin, roast potatoes and a potato bake. I can afford to eat out at that price!
I also have often just ordered a huge plate of delicious vegies when out!!! And when they are ROASTED, it saves me all that work, while giving me a truly delicious selection of favourites!! Yum!!!!
My son is a chef, and HE also will often just order a plate of vegies!!! Or sometimes we just share one a huge sized platter of them from the carvery!!
