Oh, you naughty thing you!!! Did you not know that there is a water shortage in this country? Or so we are told by the media every single day....
Just kidding! I am in the tropics and there is so much water here that I do not think we will ever run short here. What a pity we cannot send it to all of the rest of this huge continent! I am very spoilt here!!! I grew up in Melbourne and experienced the dreadful drought in 1967,which I have never forgotten.I still turn the water off when cleaning my teeth, thanks to the long term effect that had on me!!!! Do make certain you enjoy every single drop while you are under that hot shower, okay?!!!
I shower very quickly as something inevitably happens that requires my immediate attention the minute I step into the shower! I have run to sort out an emergency with shampoo dripping into my eyes before now.... not fun!
I only have a bath when the house is empty and I can soak for as long as I like and really enjoy it. I can spend more than an hour doing this :)
If I am to be truthful,I take about 3 to 4 minutes under the shower, but I have it really strongly pelting down!!! So it des use a fair amount of water! I also have a very long bath which was the item which all the ensuite was built around,so it is a large area. I love to relax in a warm to hot bath and will stay till I wrinkle up like a prune!! I adore luxurious fragrant bubbles in my bath, and feel like royalty while enjoying such a simple pleasure.
Depends on whether someone needs me or is sharing it with me. The last time I had a bath I was in for about 10 mins while the kids had dinner and then they found me and hopped in too! I tend to have either one or both of the kids in the shower with me as well. If I don't have my partner home to watch the kids my morning shower is about a minute and doesn't involve soap - just a quick rinse to help me wake up and face the day. At night I will usually shower for longer, 5 - 10mins. And if I'm washing my hair that will be longer still - maybe 10 - 15 mins.
About 20 minutes' is my average time! I like to ensure I'm well & truly clean. That includes hair cleaning, conditioning & brushing my teeth.
Feel lovely & squeaky clean when I step from recess!
When had a bath it was 50 minutes, including water filling of said bath! I loved to relax in bath, then rinse off with hose attachment upon getting out! Don't have a bath anymore in current house!
About 2 minutes normally, or up to 10 minutes if I'm washing my shoulder length hair with shampoo & then conditioner. If I'm going out, I'll have a 2 minute shower before I leave, then before I go to bed, I'll have another 2 minute shower. I haven't had a bath for years now. I think it's just a waste of water, personally.
