How do you like hot chips?

Do you like hot chips with plain salt, chicken salt, gravy, salt and vinegar or tomato sauce? Or some other way?

Poutine...oooOOOOoooOOoo Poutine, how I love thee. Seriously, best way to eat fries on this planet. It's a Canadian thing. It's fries, cheese curd and gravy. It's a heart-attack on a plate, but tastes amazing.
Crispy with plain salt and may be some sour cream dip on the side. The other sauce in this picture was for my husband . I am not a big fan of tomato sauce.

I like chicken salt and gravy. MmMmmMmmm.

Well the classic salt and vinegar is best but I also like a splash of Worcestershire Sauce sometimes. And if I'm having sausage and chips, then gravy of course.
And ketchup. Always ketchup, in addition to whatever else I'm having!!
With Chicken Salt
and a very good light gravy, nothing too heavy.

But that is just once a year!

Hot, crunchy, LOTS of salt and then it depends on my mood - sometimes I feel like vinegar sometimes sauce sometimes gravy...
Any which way!
Though have to say I do not often put tomato sauce on them even though I like it.

The one i would NEVER use is Gravy -it makes them soggy and takes away the nice taste.

Chips are one of the things I cannot resist eating any way they are done, and have even been known to eat them off someone else's plate if they do not finish -i annoy myself when I do this but just cannot resist them and must eat them all!

With a little chicken salt and cheese melted over them....so good!
Just normal, plain chips with normal salt!
BUT, if having a chip sandwich, it's gotta have hot, fresh gravy on it! Oh, & with a can of Coca-cola! Goes down a treat!

Years' ago, at our Annual Show, a few of us horsey-types used to get a half-rotisseried chook, large chips from the Tasmanian Potato Board stand & a can of Coke. We'd all sit on stands in the Horse Assembly Area & munch away, watching the Showjumping. Ah, the delights of early adulthood!
Chicken salt and vinegar.
I love hot chips, especially when they are golden brown and crispy, it seems to be a difficult thing to find a shop that can cook them the way you like! by the time there wrapped they get soggy very quickly./
The only way is to melt cheese over the chips...so good!
