Our heart is a vital organ within our bodies but it is also symbolically more than this. With our heart we can love, give and feel; live. The heart extends beyond mere physical bodies.

How do you keep yours healthy? What are some top tips to give your heart what it truly needs?

Fitness/health, life and relationship advice is warmly welcomed.

There are a number of things I do to keep my heart healthy and in good shape. I exercise daily and vigilantly. I keep away from fast food, and greasy food as much as possible. I drink water as much as possible. Sleeping well also helps. So does minimising stress.
Glad to hear! You go girl.

o.k. well now this is 'how I do it'...

I fully know about the heart, and say that if I died and left my heart for transplant, I also know that the person who gets my heart.....would pick up certain characteristics of who I am.

So if I paint, they more than likely (if they didn't already) pick up the paint brush and paint landscapes or something...The heart is a very complex organ.

I keep mine healthy, by reading my Bible and doing what it tells me to do.

I take it very serious, so in turn my heart develops that relationship, with God.
In turn I also am in Ministry.

My heart in my well being is looked after by God.
I keep it spiritually healthy, and watch what I eat, and between the two...it keeps on beating ....and beating....and beating....

I like to live a balanced lifestyle where I can, making sure there's plenty of cardio and time for enjoying rich foods in moderation.
I don't drink or smoke and I eat a relatively healthy diet, although I could definitely improve on the exercise part.
