I stopped wearing things about the house (my summertime Aussie slipper) a couple of months ago and have started going barefoot. In the next month as nights get colder, I'll transition into something warm and fluffy.
In Summer I come home and kick my shoes off and keep my feet au natural.
When it cools down, I kick off my shoes and put my lambswool slippers on.
We are in the middle of the warmest May for decades so I haven't yet donned the slippers.
I wear sheepskin slippers year round. I wear something on my feet inside the house purely for comfort. It has nothing to do with the weather. Besides, the wool in the slippers ' breathes ' so it keeps your feet comfortable in any weather.
