Aerial yoga, also known as anti-gravity yoga, is a way of practising yoga upside down and is said to be very popular in Australia!

I have heard of it but wouldn't do it. I can't do yoga on the ground, let alone in one of those sheet things. Face plant waiting to happen.

lol yes it does look perilous! I watched a video of people turning upside down in the slings, no-one fell out but it did seem more like luck than good judgement!
I have only just heard about it. I don't think I would want to do yoga like this but I do like hammocks and slings so maybe I could be tempted....

No I have not heard of this before.
It would probably be good for me due to a back injury....sort of like swimming perhaps where it does not hurt back muscles.
I can no longer do ordinary yoga.
