I used it in a pikelet recipe with coconut flour and I have been smearing it on cucumber, adding it to my scrambled eggs . . . and eating it off the spoon. I love the Greek one best of the two, I think.
No, I'd never heard of of the KIRI brand, but I'll now look out for it. We don't really have a need for yummy cream cheese, but I'll look for some uses for it on line, before I buy it. (If Aldi sell it, I'll just buy it anyway.)
