Thankfully, I've never had to do this and I'm making all the effort from now to prevent it.
No, I've never had a tooth removed.
No, thank God !

Yes, I have had wisdom teeth taken out.

It did not hurt as had a needle first, however it is not pleasant as you can feel the dentist with what appeared to be pliers digging, and turning, and that totally "turned my stomach".

Luckily we only get one set of wisdom teeth.

I have not had any other teeth out.

No, I've never even had a filling.
Oh! yes I have had a few out.

It's fine, they do it quickly, and really all one should do is make sure you have a older Dentist, experience makes all the difference,

I asked my dentist 2 yrs ago, while in the chair....when was he going to take it out?

I knew he had something in his hand, and seems to be in my mouth doing something....(I close my eyes), and so didn't know exactly what was happening.

He said it's out!!!

He is very strong, and very quick.
I was so happy.

It's not the worse thing in the world to have happen.
No, and here's hoping I'll never have to.

Yes I did. Surprisingly, this was rather easy. It was done by a dentist that very few people trusted.
Yes, I've had a few extracted over the years, however, the most significant extraction would be having all four wisdom teeth extracted as a Newly-Wed. I had them extracted in the dentist chair under anaesthetic. I used the fact that I couldn't open my jaws very wide an excuse to have to eat ice cream.
LOTS
Many. Remember one time that a Wisdom tooth came out with such force it landed on the floor!
It was quite long & looked like a 'dagger' or 'stalactite' whichever you prefer!
Went to my Dentist today actually to have a 'jagged' filling smoothed!
A 'blob' of filling, & a 'bit of tooth & filling' dropped out of the one tooth within 24 hours! Now the inside of my cheek is not being lacerated by the 'stalactite'!
(See below re: tooth extraction of mine!)
All of them! except like four.
