It's also the rum made from sugar cane in Bundaberg, Qld! And it is WONDERFUL!!!! I have always been a bundy rum drinker...I like it with coke and a slice of lime or lemon or it's okay with ginger beer. I keep joking to my partner that I'm gonna buy us a sugar cane farm so I can make my own rum.
Not since I was in my teens. I become very erratic and unfriendly when I drink hard liquor so I haven't done it in years. Beer doesn't seem to affect me in the same way, so when I drink, I only drink beer.
I do love a Bundy rum and coke, but they are few and far between these days as I am reasonably health conscious. I'm also partial to a white rum Lemon Daquiri which would be a cocktail of choice if dining out.
I have made a great punch with white rum. You put white rum with packets of pineapple juice and add vanilla essence and add mint leaves apples or pineapple if you want to. Its a very popular drink at my functions. Do let people know roughly the amount of rum per glass because of driving...its a very deceptive drink
I'm partial to the Bundy liqueur rum. I managed to get Santa rather merry on it one year at the work kids Christmas party. Santa fell off the ute and had a massive hangover but boy, did he love that rum! It was the talk at work the following week when we all had a laugh over it.
